RESOLUTION #P.C. 129-2002
DENIAL OF A PRELIMINARY PLAT WITHOUT PREJUDICE FOR THE
WEATHERWOOD COURTS SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE NE114 OF
SECTION 25 (TAX KEY NO. 2257.999)
WHEREAS, On September 4, 2002 a preliminary plat was submitted by Robert
Stack for Weatherwood Courts located in the NE 1/4 of Section 25, and
WHEREAS, Said plat consist of 14.8 acres, and proposes 21 lots, and
WHEREAS, On October 28, 2002 petitioner withdrew the Preliminary Plat, and
advised the City of boundary changes to be made in a future submittal.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends to the
Common Council that the Preliminary Plat of Weatherwood Courts be denied
without prejudice.
