RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO ADOPT MINIMUM DRAFTING AND
CARTOGRAPHIC STANDARDS FOR DIGITAL FILES
WHEREAS, At the request of the GIS Coordinator and Assistant Plan Director, Planning and
Engineering staff have reviewed standards adopted by the Waukesha County Land Records
Workgroup, pertaining to the requirement to submit digital files, and
WHEREAS, Planning and Engineering staff have amended those standards to address local
Code requirements, and recommend their adoption in conjunction with the Land Division Code
amendments addressed by Resolution #PC 119-2002.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the attached
Minimum Drafting And Cartographic Standards For Digital Files, to the Common Council.
