APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR BETHEL LUTHERAN CHURCH LOCATED IN THE SW % OF SECTION 9
(S77 W18426 JANESVILLE ROAD /TAX KEY NO. 2195.081)
WHEREAS, On September 6. 2002 elevation drawings were submitted by David Castona for a
Building, Site and Operation Plan amendment to the property located at S77 W18426 Janesville
Road I Tax Key No. 2195.081, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/01P, Suburban Residence District as modified by the
Institution and Public Service Overlay, and the proposed use is permitted within the District, and
WHEREAS,
and
Petitioner is proposing to install new windows along the north side of ' the structure.
WHEREAS, New brick to match the existing brick fa$ade will be installed behiveen and below the
new windows.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Building, Site and
Operation Plan amendment for Bethel Lutheran Church located in the SW % of Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
Department and that all aspects of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall
e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or
both.
