RESOLUTION #P.C. 120-2002
FORTHE CONDROSKI PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 10, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, On August 22. 2002 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was
submitted by Therese Condroski for a property located in Section 10, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego. and
WHEREAS, The land division abuts CTH "S and is subject to Racine County jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Compton property, in Section 14,
Town of Waterford, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
