RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND CHAPTER 18, LAND DIVISION,
REQUIRING SUBMITTALS TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY DlGlTlAL FILES
WHEREAS, At the request of the GIS Coordinator and Assistant Plan Director, Planning staff
has reviewed Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code and forwarded recommended revisions as
attached hereto, pertaining to the requirement to submit digital files, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled to consider the matter on September 24,
2002.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the attached
revisions to Chapter 18, Land Division, to the Common Council.
