RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL
PLAT FOR THE LONG LAKE ESTATES FIRST ADDITION SUBDIVISION
LOCATED IN SECTION 5, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Long Lake Estates Subdivision was
approved by the Plan Commission on October 2, 2001, by Resolution #PC 152-
2001, and
WHEREAS, A Final Plat for the Long Lake Estates Subdivision was approved by
the Plan Commission on December 18,2001, by Resolution #PC 185-2001, and
WHEREAS, A Final Plat for the Long Lake Estates First Addition Subdivision was
submitted to Plan Commission on August 1,2002. and
WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the
extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan
Commission and Common Council is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts
with future street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway and Racine County must also approve of all
land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
approval to the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial final
plat known as Long Lake Estates, located in Section 5, Town of Norway.
