PCR2002105APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE FRITSCH PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 5, TOWN OF NORWAY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 105-2002
WHEREAS, On July 19. 2002 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was
submitted by James Fritsch for a properly located in Section 5, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego. and
WHEREAS, The land division abuts CTH Y I Racine Avenue and is subject to Racine County
jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS. The Town of Waterford must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Town of Waterford. and recommends the same to the Common Council.
Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Compton property, in Section 14,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City recommends limited access to CTH Y I Racine
Avenue by use of a common driveway for the two parcels.
