APPROVAL OF A PARK SHELTER FOR
THE MANCHESTER HILL PARK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW % OF SECTION 10
(W167 S7650 PARKLAND DRIVE I TAX KEY NO. 2198.990)
WHEREAS, On October 9, 2002 a site plan was submitted by the City of Muskego Parks and
Recreation Department to construct a 1,305 square foot (43.5' x 30') open-air shelter at the
Muskego Park property located at W167 S7650 Parkland Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS9101P. Suburban Residence District as modified by the
Institutional and Public Service Overlay, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use
and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l, and
WHEREAS. The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate
surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other
height is limited to 25 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's
structure on the property for business related activities, and
WHEREAS, The shelter was previously approved by the Park and Recreation Board on October

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size
shelter not exceeding 1,305 square feet for the Muskego Park property at W167 S7650 Parkland
Drive in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the
