PCR2002093RESOLUTION #PC 093-2002 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE MIEDZYBROCKI PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE % OF SECTION 5 (TAX KEY NO. 2177.934.002 / W192 S6601 HILLENDALE DRIVE) WHEREAS, On June 21, 2002 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Debbie Berndt for a two (2) lot land division of the Miedzybrocki property located in the NE 'h of Section 5 (Tax Key No. 2271.934.002 / W192 S6601 Hillendale Drive), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2. Suburban Residence District, requiring a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and parcels meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by municipal City sewer and private water, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the sketch land division by Resolution #PC 073-2002 on May 21, 2002. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Miedzybrocki property in the NE % of Section 5 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a digital '.DXF file or '.DWG file of this final plat be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette) and all information transmitted on the diskettes shall be tied to and referenced to State Plane Coordinates NGVD 1929 or others approved by the City Engineer Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted: July 2, 2002 Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: July 2, 2002 ATTEST.
