PCR2002091RESOLUTION #P.C. 091-2002 PROPERTY LOCATED AT S107 W16262 LOOMIS DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2296.998.001) APPROVAL OF WALL SIGN FOR ALL-STAR RENTALS AT THE STEINHAUS SUPPLY WHEREAS, Plans for a wall sign were submitted by Badger State Light for the property located at Si07 W16262 Loomis Drive on June 20,2002, and WHEREAS, A 60 square foot wall sign is proposed facing STH 36 on the north fapde of the structure, and WHEREAS, Said sign will be internally illuminated, channel-type letters two feet in height, and the sign colors will be red letters with a blue star, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4. Highway Business District, and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 60 square foot wall sign for the property located at Si07 W16262 Loomis Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
