APPROVAL OF MULTI-TENANT MONUMENT SIGN FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED A1
W146 S6450 TESS CORNERS DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2165.998.004)
WHEREAS, Plans for a monument sign were submitted by Dennis Boschi for the property at the
address located at W146 S6450 Tess Corners Drive on June 18,2002. and
WHEREAS, A 70 square foot monument sign is proposed along Tess Corners Drive and will
accommodate five (5) tenant names, and
WHEREAS, Said sign will not be illuminated, and signs colors shall be a gray sign background
with white name panels with gray tenant lettering, and
WHEREAS, Said sign will be mounted on white wood pylons, and the total height of the sign is
seven (7) feet, and therefore may be located at the edge of the ultimate right-of-way, and a site
plan has not been submitted at this time, and
WHEREAS, A landscape plan has not been submitted for the base of the monument sign, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park District, and said signage conforms with
the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission
approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 70 square foot
monument sign for the property located at W146 S6450 Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a landscape plan shall be submitted which illustrates the
way from Tess Corners Drive prior to the release of building permits.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said
plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or
both.
