PCR2002089RESOLUTION #P.C. 089-2002 APPROVAL OF STREET TREE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE CANDLEWOOD CREEK SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE NW X AND NE X OF SECTION 11 (TAX KEY NO. 2201.994 AND 2201.994.001). WHEREAS, On June 7, 2002 a Street Tree Plan and Landscape Plan was submitted by Towne Realty d.b.a. Candlewood Creek LLC for the Candlewood Creek Subdivision located in the NW X and NE % of Section 11 and WHEREAS, Said plans require the planting of deciduous species for street trees of 1.5" - 2" caliper, and said species are recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan as Adopted July 11,2000, and WHEREAS, The diversity of street trees is within the specifications outlined in the Urban Forestry Development Information brochure as recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan, and WHEREAS, The Landscape Plan provides screening and buffering along Woods Road and Moorland Road, and all coniferous species are proposed to be a minimum of 6 feet in height at the time of planting as required by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the Street Tree Plan and Landscape Plan for the Candlewood Creek Subdivision located in the NW X and NE X of Section 11 Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted: June 18,2002 Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: June 18, 2002 AlTEST Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
