PCR2002074RESOLUTION #PC. 074-2002 LOCATED AT W183 58874 RACINE AVENUE I TAX KEY NO. 2241.999.004 APPROVAL OF TRUCK PARKING FOR RALPH LEWANDOWSKI WHEREAS, That a request was submitted on May 8,2002 by Ralph Lewandowski to allow parking of one (1) commercial truck with trailer at W 183 S8874 Racine Avenue I Tax Key No. 2241.999.004. and WHEREAS, The vehicle measures 22-feet in length and carries a loaded weight of 13,000 pounds, and said parking is proposed to be located outdoors, and WHEREAS, The parcel is zoned RS-1. Suburban Residence District, and said use is subject to Plan Commission review and approval, and WHEREAS, Section 17:6,04(4)G.(2)C. of the Zoning Code allows for parking of commercial vehicles in "predominantly undeveloped areas." defined as an area with less than three (3) homes within an 800-foot radius of the proposed parking site, and WHEREAS, There are ten (10) homes located within 800-feet of the proposed parking site, and for Ralph Lewandowski located at W183 S8874 Racine Avenue. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Plan Commission approves of parking of a commercial truck Commission held no later than the second meeting in March of every calendar year BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the permit is for a one (1) year period with yearly review by the Plan BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
