PCR2002070I 0 RESOLUTION #P.C. 070-2002 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL PAVED DRIVEWAY AND PARKING SURFACE FOR A MULTIPLE FAMILY STRUCTURE (S70 W13390-92 FENNIMORE DRIVE / TAX KEY NO. 2163.107) WHEREAS, On May 3,2002 plans were submitted by Amy Hoeppner to amend the existing Building. Site and Operation Plan to allow additional paved driveway and parking surface for a multiple family structure located at S70 W13390-92 Fennimore Drive, and WHEREAS, The property contains a duplex structure which is legal and conforming to the Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is required to review and approve all exterior modifications to multiple family structures, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment would provide additional off-street parking and is in conformance with said Zoning Ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan to allow additional paved driveway and parking surface for a multiple family structure located at S70 W13390-92 Fennimore Drive a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
