0 APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE MUSKEG0 APOSTOLIC
TABERNACLE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 583 W20778 JANESVILLE ROAD I TAX KEY NO. 2232.978
WHEREAS, On April 26, 2002 plans were submitted by T-3 Group, Inc. for a conceptual Building, Site and Operation Plan
of the Muskego Apostolic Tabernacle property located at S83 W20778 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to construct a 13,587 square foot addition to the church, for the sanctuary, narthex.
and office areas, and a covered entryway, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 I OHS District and the existing and proposed uses are in conformance to all the
requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The proposed structures meet the setback, offset, height, and floor area requirements of the zoning district,
and
WHEREAS, The site plan illustrated 64 parking spaces and this meets the total number of stalls recommended by
Planning Staff, and
WHEREAS. Landscaping plans have not been submitted, and said plans are required with the Final BSO Plan submittal.
and
WHEREAS, Photometrics plans have not been submitted, and said plans are required with the Final BSO Plan submittal
which illustrate the installation of lighting fixtures on the property. and
HEREAS. Stormwater management plans have not been submitted, and said plans are required with the Final BSO
Ian submittal for review by the City's consulting engineers for compliance, and
WHEREAS, The building addition is proposed to be constructed with wood, architectural block, and siding materials, and
colors have not been indicated at this time, and
WHEREAS, The proposed addition includes hip and gable roof elements to incorporate residential character to the design
as outlined in the General Design Guide, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a conceptual building, site and operation plan
for the construction of a 13,587 square foot addition to the church, at the Muskego Apostolic Tabernacle property located
at S83 W20778 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the
current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan
Commission. municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by
this action of the Plan Commission,
