PCR2002064RESOLUTION #P.C. 064-2002 HARRY'S CONCRETE BREAKING AND SAWING AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W146 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR S6420 TESS CORNERS DRIVE I TAX KEY NO. 2165.998.003) WHEREAS, On April 6, 2002 plans were submitted by Mark Gerls d/b/a Harry's Concrete Breaking and Sawing for a Building, Site and Operation Plan amendment for the property located at W146 S6420 Tess Corners Drive I Tax Key No. 2165.998.003, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1. Industrial Park District, and the proposed use is permitted within the District, and I WHEREAS, An additional 10,600 square feet of asphalt is proposed to be installed along the north and west of the existing building, and the existing paved area is proposed to be refinished, and said installation meets the Code requirements as illustrated, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to install an overhead door along the east elevation where none I ! currently exists, and details of the overhead door have not been provided at this time, and WHEREAS, Stormwater management plans have been submitted, and are currently undergoing in- house, engineering review, and existing building, and a detailed plan illustrating planting materials and sizes is required to be provided for WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to extend the landscape area across the west elevation of the review, and to date none has been provided, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Building, Site and Operation Plan amendment for the Harrv's Concrete Breakino and Sawino located on the orooertv at W146 S6420 e Tess Corners Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of landscaping andlor asphalting, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of said costs must be submitted to the Planning Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
