APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR MARY LlNSMElER SCHOOLS, INC
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S77 W18426 JANESVILLE ROAD
(TAX KEY NO. 2195.051)
WHEREAS, On April 3, 2002 plans were submitted by Mary Linsmeier Schools
Inc. for a Building, Site and Operation Plan for preschool operations at the Bethel
Lutheran Church property located at S77 W18426 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned RS-3 I OIP Suburban Residence
District with Institutional and Public Service Overlay District, and said use is a
permitted use by right, and
WHEREAS, Hours of operation are proposed to be 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Monday through Friday for 36 weeks per year, and
WHEREAS, Two full time employees are proposed, and enrollment is anticipated
to be 18 pupils at any time, and
WHEREAS, No exterior modifications to the structure are proposed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the
Building. Site and Operation Plan submitted April 3, 2002 for Mary Linsmeier
Schools Inc. for preschool operations at the Bethel Lutheran Church property
located at S77 W18426 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the
Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained
in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the
initiation of legal action, or both.
