APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT FOR KOHLS 2167.995 I JANESVILLE ROAD). WHEREAS, On June 5, 2002 Building, Site and Operation plans were approved by the Plan Commission for the Dreamland Planned Development, and WHEREAS, The east faGade of the Kohl's structure was the subject of much debate by the Plan Commission, and ultimately the Commission decided that an additional hip roof and aluminum panel element shall be added to the east elevation in proximity to the exit door, WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to relocate the a hip roof and aluminum panel element from the proximity of the exit doors to the center of the east elevation as illustrated in plans submitted on March 13.2002, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves a Building Site and Operation Plan amendment for Kohl's Department Store, more specifically to allow for the relocation of the elevation. hip roof and aluminum panel element from the proximity of the exit doors to the center of the east BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day. the initiation of legal action, or both.
