OPERATION PLAN FOR MUSKEG0 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED AT
S75 W17464 JANESVILLE ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2193.104)
WHEREAS, On March 8, 2002 plans were submitted by Inspec, Inc. on behalf of the Muskego-
Noway School District to amend the existing Building, Site and Operation Plan of the Muskego
Elementary School located at S75 W17464 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The existing property contains an elementary school, is zoned to include the OIP
Institution and Public Service Overlay District and the use is in conformance with said zoning
district. and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to rehabilitate existing pavement, add 17 parking stalls,
provide segregated bus ingress and egress, and install exterior lighting fixtures, all in
conformance with said zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended Building,
Site and Operation Plan for Muskego Elementary School located at S75 W17464 Janesville
Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Public Works Committee approved the revised site
plan at the March 25, 2002 meeting, extending the curb along Michi Drive, with one-way ingress
off of Janesville Road and one-way egress off of Michi Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and a drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the PlariCohmissiori~
