PCR2002043A0 RESOLUTION #PC 043a-2002 I APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR THE PIONEER AUTO PROPERTY D/B/A NO. 2196.989) MUSKEG0 AUTO SALES LOCATED AT W179 S7714-16 PIONEER DRIVE (TAX KEY WHEREAS, On March 4, 2002 plans were submitted by Jeffrey Holtz for an amendment to the Building Site and Operation Plan approval and an amendment to the Conditional Use Grant for the sale of automobiles at the property located at W179 S7714 - 16 Pioneer Drive, and WHEREAS, Revised plans were submitted on April 5. 2002. and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned 6-3 General Business District, and is subject to a conditional use grant allowing the operation of auto sales and repair, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved in Resolution #PC 184-91 the following: 1 2. Not more than 8 vehicles for sale be parked within the front parking area with a yearly Not more than 12 vehicles be maintained on the site for sale at any one time. 3. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amendment to the Building, Site and Operation Plan and Conditional Use Grant for Pioneer Auto d/b/a Muskego Auto Sales as petitioned by Jeffrey Holtz for the property located at W179 57714 - 16 Pioneer Drive.
