APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR MUSKEGO-NORWAY HIGH SCHOOL GROUNDS

LOCATED IN THE NE X OF SECTION 20 AND NW %OF SECTION 21

WHEREAS, On March 8, 2002 a landscape plan was submitted by Eppstein-Uhen Architects on
behalf of the Muskego-Noway School District High School grounds located in the NE X of
Section 20 and NW %of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, The plan illustrates foundation plantings and a diversity of species as recommended
by the Conservation Coordinator I City Forester, and
WHEREAS, Planting sizes shall be a minimum of 1.5 - 2" caliper for deciduous trees, 6-feet
species conform to those recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan, and
minimum height for coniferous trees, and 18-inch height, or two-gallon pot for all shrubs, and
the Muskego-Noway School District High School grounds located in the NE X of Section 20 and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the landscape plan for
NW % of Section 21 as submitted March 8.2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspects of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of
of said costs must be submitted to the Planning Department.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or
both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an additional number of coniferous trees be added at
the southeast corner of site to buffer parking lot from adjacent properties.
