APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN TO
ALLOW A SEASONAL GARDEN CENTER FOR PAUL RUSZKIEWICZ AT THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT W189 S7847 RACINE AVENUE e (MUSKEG0 CENTER-SENTRY PARKING LOT)
WHEREAS, A request for the temporary sale of bedding plants by Paul
Ruskiewicz has been submitted for the parking lot of the Muskego Centre / Sentry
Store at W189 S7847 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to erect a temporary 21' X 48' green
house located at the southeast corner of the parking lot near the southern entry, being
generally between the shopping center and McDonald's, and
WHEREAS, The proposed dates of operation will be from May 1 to July 1 of the
2002 and 2003 calendar years, and the hours of operation will be Monday through
Saturday from 9am to 9pm and on Sunday from 9am to 6pm, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting no signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
temporary sale of bedding plants subject to the following conditions:
1 Dates of operation only approved from May 1, 2002, to July 1, 2002, and May
2. Hours of operation permitted only from 9am to 9pm Monday thru Saturday
3. A letter of approval from the property owner must be submitted to the
1.2003 to July 1,2003, and
and from 9am to 6pm on Sundays, and
Planning Department approving rental space for two years to Mr. Ruszkiewicz
with the understanding that only one temporary use will be allowed on site,
and
department prior to any site work on the property.
4. Applicable permits / licensing must be obtained from the Building Inspection
Plan Commission
