PCR2002036RESOLUTION #P.C. 036-2002 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE LANDS IN THE SW % OF SECTION 9 TO REMOVE OIP INSTITUTIONAL AND PUBLIC SERVICE OVERLAY DISTRICT FOR THE (PART OF TAX KEY N0.2195.975 I S76 W17881 JANESVILLE ROAD) STRASSER / JOHNNY'S PETROLEUM PROPERTY WHEREAS, A petition for rezoning was submitted by the City of Muskego Planning Department to remove the OIP - Institutional and Public Service Overlay District from the southerly 132 feet of the Johnny's Petroleum property, and WHEREAS, the 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts the lands to be developed for business purposes consistent with the underlying 8-3 District regulations, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been scheduled before the Common Council on March 26,2002. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning to remove OIP - Institutional and Public Service Overlay for the southerly 132 feet of the Strasser property located in the SW X of Section 9 (Part Of Tax Key No. 2195.975 / S76 W17881 Janesville Road) Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted: March 5,2002 Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: March 5, 2002 ATEST Sandra S.
