RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND CHAPTER 17, ZONING,
PERTAINING TO MECHANICAL APPURTENANCES
WHEREAS, At the request of the Building Department, Planning staff has reviewed Chapter 17
of the Municipal Code and forwarded recommended revisions as attached hereto, pertaining to
the location of certain mechanical appurtences, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled to consider the matter on March 26,2002.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the attached
revisions to Chapter 17, m, to the Common Council.
