RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
WHEREAS, Planning staff has reviewed Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code and
forwarded recommended revisions to Section 17:8.01(7)(b) of the 17:8.01(7)(b)
as attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled to consider the matter on
March 12,2002.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the
attached revisions to Section 17:8.01(7)(b) of the 17:8,01(7)(b) to the Common
Council.
