PCR2002019AMENDED I 0 RESOLUTION #P.C.O19-2002 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND JANESVILLE ROAD REMNANT PARCEL LLC PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE SE 'A OF SECTION 3 (TAX KEY NO. 2197.249 I JANESVILLE RD) WHEREAS, On February 13,2002 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by The City of Muskego for a two (2) lot CSM of the City of Muskego and G&i&ved €&A&=€- JANESVILLE ROAD REMNANT PARCEL LLC properties located in the SE 'A of Section 3, (Tax Key No. 2197.249 / Janesvilie Rd), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division depicts the current parcel boundaries as established by a land purchase performed by metes and bounds legal description, and WHEREAS, Said properties are zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence District, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Pian depicts this area as being set aside for commercial development and institutional development, and 0 WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by municipal sanitary sewer and water, and WHEREAS, All rights-of-way have been dedicated in accordance with the 2010 Street System Plan, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Pian Commission approves of a Certified Survey Map being submitted for the City of Muskego and Bttietweee CfeekU& JANESVILLE ROAD REMNANT PARCEL LLC properties in the SE 'A of Section 3 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers.
