PCR2002012APPROVAL OF AN OPEN SPACE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE PLEASANT VIEW
RESOLUTION #P.C. 012-2002
CONDOMINIUMS LOCATED IN THE SE 'A OF SECTION 17
(WOODS ROAD I TAX KEY NO. 2228.998)
WHEREAS, The Conservation Plan depicts certain portions of the Pleasant View Condominium
properly to be a low management priority, and
WHEREAS, As a condition of Condominium Plat approval the Plan Commission required the
execution of an Open Space Management Plan prior to the occupancy of any of the dwelling units,
and
WHEREAS, An Open Space Management Pian was submitted by the City of Muskego
Conservation Coordinator for the Pleasant View Condominiums located in the SE %of Section 17,
and
WHEREAS. The Open Space Management Plan provides short term and long term land
management guidelines for the developer and the incorporated Owners Association.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the Open Space
Management Plan for the Pleasant View Condominiums, located in the SE 'A of Section 17
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to land management shall be maintained
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said Plan shall be kept on file in the Planning
in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Common Council, or their successors and assigns
to the Easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this Resolution
shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
