BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to execution by City Officials, the final plat shall depict a vehicular access restriction to Field Drive from Outlot 1 and Outlot 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to execution by City Officials, the final plat shall include easements as required by the utilities of jurisdiction, and shall include 10 foot wide street tree easements on both sides of all rights-of-way.
