APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR DURHAM HILL NURSERY AT THE PROPERTY (S99 W12707 LOOMIS DRIVE l
TAX KEY NO. 2260.998.002)
WHEREAS, On December 20, 2001 plans were submitted by Thomas Earl for a Building. Site
W12707 Loomis Drive I Tax Key No. 2260.998.002, and
and Operation Plan amendment for the Durham Hill Nursery located on the property at S99
WHEREAS, A 30' by 40' building addition is proposed to the south of the existing structure, said
expansion would include office space and bathrooms, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 8-4, Highway Business District, and the addition meets the
bulk regulations of the District, and
WHEREAS, The materials will be cedar plank siding with a field stone veneer, and the colors will
match the existing structures, and a dark gray asphalt-shingled roof with a cupola will be installed.
WHEREAS, The property is located within the Durham Hill Design Guide area, and the proposal
is consistent with the agrarian character required, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Building, Site and
Operation Plan amendment for the Durham Hill Nursery located on the property at S99 W12707
Loomis Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspects of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of
of said costs must be submitted to the Planning Department.
