AMENDED
APPROVAL OF STREET TREE PLANTING PLAN FOR THE RESERVE AT CHAMPION'S VILLAGE
SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE NE 114 AND NW X OF SECTION 25 (LINKSWAY COURT).
WHEREAS, A street tree planting plan was submitted by Burke Properties for The Reserve at Champions Village
Subdivision located in the NE 114 and NW %of Section 25 on December 7, 2001, and
WHEREAS, Said plan -ik&fa&
caliper, and said species are recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan as Adopted July 11, 2000. and
shall require the planting of deciduous species for street trees of 1.5 - 2
WHEREAS, The diversity of street trees is within the specifications outlined in the Urban Forestry Development
Information brochure as recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the street tree plan for The Reserve at
Champion's Village Subdivision located in the NE 1/4 and NW % of Section 25.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the said plan shall include the proper Tree Planting Diagram found in the
Urban Forestry Development Information brochure as recommended by the City of Muskego Urban Forestry
Strategic Plan.
