RESOLUTION #P.C. 164-2001
FOR THE BONNERT PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 4, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, On November 28. 2001 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was
submitted by Russell Bonnert for the property located in Section 4, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The property appears to be in the Muskego-Wind Lakes Priority Watershed, and
there appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego. and
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map depicts "No Access" to Highway 36, and the CSM is
subject to Trans 233 approval by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, Access to parcels 1 and 2 are provided through a 66 foot wide access easement
which provides access to Muskego Dam Road, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Bonnert property, in Section 4,
Town of Norway, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
