RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO ACQUIRE LANDS FOR THE
REALIGNMENT OF THE INTERSECTION OF DURHAM DRIVE WITH
MOORLAND ROAD LOCATED IN THE NE 114 OF SECTION 11
(PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2201.998)
WHEREAS, The Common Council Committee of the Whole has recommended
that lands be acquired for the realignment of the intersection of Durham Drive
and Moorland Road. and
WHEREAS, said acquisition is necessary to enhance public safety and promote
sound design.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the
acquisition of land as illustrated in the Attached Exhibit, being located in the NE
1/4 of Section 11
