PCR2001178RESOLUTION #PC. 176-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR W211 S6845 STONECREST DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2184.022) THE NASS PROPERTY LOCATED AT WHEREAS, On October 26, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Kurt Nass to construct a 1,440 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W211 S6845 Stonecrest Drive, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RCEIOWP. Residential Country Estate District as modified by the Wellhead Protection Overlay, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 2,692 square Feet, and one outbuilding currently exists on the parcel totaling 465 square feet, and WHEREAS, The aggregate area of outbuilding would total 1,905 square feet, and WHEREAS, The location of the proposed structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 28-feet, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The building materials for the structure are not depicted on the submittal, and the architectural appearance must be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a structure not exceeding 1.440 square feet for the Nass property at W211 S6845 Stonecrest Drive in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2).
