PCR2001172ARESOLUTION #P.C.172a-2001 e -PLACING ON FILE A CONCEPTUAL BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR MUSKEG0 ENERGY CENTER LLC LOCATED IN THE NE ‘/4 OF SECTION 13, T5N R19E (PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2065.999 / CROWBAR ROAD). WHEREAS, Conceptual plans dated October 9. 2001 were submitted by Muskego Energy Center LLC for a conceptual Building, Site and Operation Plan for a Natural Gas Turbine “Peaking” Power Plant, and WHEREAS, Engineering Plans dated October 19. 2001 were submitted by Muskego Energy Center LLC as required by the Department of Natural Resources to determine which environmental permits are required, and WHEREAS, Said plans have been reviewed by the City’s consulting engineers and planners as described in plan reviews dated December 3, 2001 and December 4, 2001, I and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned 1-2 General Industrial District and said use is permitted subject to Plan Commission approval of Final Building Site and Operation Plans, subject to other plan and permit approvals from other agencies of jurisdiction, and WHEREAS, The adopted 2010 Comprehensive Plan envisions the use of the property for uses consistent with extractive or industrial use, and WHEREAS, The conceptual plans do not provide equal treatment of the primary and alternate locations, and the Plan Commission desires to see equal BSO submittals for both sites, and WHEREAS, The proposal will require a land division in accordance with Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code, and no division is proposed at this time, and WHEREAS, The proposal will require a Reclamation Plan in accordance with Chapter 38 of the Municipal Code and NR 135, and no reclamation plan is proposed at this time, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission app~~~& places on file the conceptual Building, Site and Operation Plan submitted by Muskego Energy Center LLC for a parcel of land located in the NE % of Section 13, T5N R19E (PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2065.999 / CROWBAR ROAD). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to action by the Plan Commission the petitioner shall provide complete BSO submittals for the primary and alternative locations. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to action by the Plan Commission the a a petitioner shall provide a Certified Survey Map for a Land Division pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to action by the Plan Commission the I petitioner shall provide a Reclamation Plan pursuant to-Chapter 38 of the Municipal Code and NR 135. I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appwvat review is ya&ed conducted in concept only and ftRac this action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan I Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
