FOR THE KING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW X SECTION 36. TOWN OF VERNON
APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WHEREAS, On October 22, 2001 a Certified Survey Map for a land division was submitted for
the King property located in the NW of Section 36, Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map of the King property, NW X of Section 36, Town of Vernon, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
