PCR2001166RESOLUTION #P.C. 166-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE IRELAND PROPERTY LOCATED AT W192 S7377 BAYSHORE DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2189.138) WHEREAS, On October 16, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Brad Ireland to construct a 352 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W192 S7377 Bayshore Drive, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2. Suburban Residence District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.1, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 720 square feet, and the proposed structure is 352 square feet, and WHEREAS, No outbuildings currently exists on the parcel, and WHEREAS, The location of the proposed structure meets the required setback and offsets, the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any ultimate height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with hardboard siding, aluminum trim and a asphalt shingle roofing material, and colors are not depicted on the submittal. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a structure not exceeding 352 square feet for the Ireland property at W192 S7277 Bayshore Drive in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) Band 6.1 1 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That colors of the structure shall match the residence BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
