RESOLUTION #P.C. 163-2001
RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO NOMINATE
CROWBAR ROAD AND TANS DRIVE FOR RUSTIC ROAD DESIGNATION
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has received a petition to nominate certain
roads for Rustic Road designation pursuant to Wisconsin Administrative Code
Trans RR-1, and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has reviewed the petition and has
recommended the nomination of Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, The designation of Crowbar Road and Tans Drive as a Rustic
Road would compliment the Draft Conservation Plan, which depicts said
roadway as a scenic drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby
recommend that the Common Council nominate Crowbar Road and Tans Drive
as a Rustic Road.
e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends that the
Town of Vernon and City of New Berlin support the
nomination and take actions necessary to promote the Rustic Road designation.
