APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE KASHIAN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 'A SECTION 25. TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On September 19, 2001 a Certified Survey Map for a land division was submitted by
Russ Kashian for the property located in the SE 1h of Section 25, Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map of the Kashian property, SE lA of Section 25, Town of Vernon, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
