RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO ACQUIRE LANDS FOR THE
RELOCATION OF MARTIN DRIVE AT JANESVILLE ROAD LOCATED IN THE
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 3 (PART OF TAX KEY N0.2197.998 AND 2172.999)
WHEREAS, The Engineering Department has recommended that lands be
acquired for the relocation of Martin Drive at Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, said acquisition is necessary to enhance public safety and promote
sound design.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the
acquisition of approximately 7,700 square feet of land located in the SE 114 of
Section 3.
