RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO ACQUIRE LANDS FOR THE
EXPANSION OF THE INTERSECTION OF BAY LANE AND JANESVILLE
ROAD LOCATED IN THE NW 114 OF SECTION 10
(PART OF TAX KEY NO. 21 98.948)
WHEREAS, The Engineering Department has recommended that lands be
acquired for the expansion of the intersection of Bay Lane and Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS, said acquisition is necessary to enhance public safety and promote
sound design.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the
acquisition of approximately 566 square feet of land located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 10.
