PCR2001147RESOLUTION #P.C. 147-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR W148 S6473 BROOKSIDE DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2166.080) THE STORM PROPERTY LOCATED AT WHEREAS, On September 12, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by S6473 Brookside Drive, and Donald Storm to construct a 624 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W148 WHEREAS, The properly is zoned RS-1, Suburban Residence District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.1, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 60% of the livable first floor area and said area contains 1,597 square feet which would allow 958 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and WHEREAS, One outbuilding currently exists on the parcel totaling 80 square feet, and WHEREAS, The location of the proposed structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the properly for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with aluminum or vinyl siding and a rubber roofina roofing material, and colors are to be tan and dark brown. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a structure not - - exceeding 624 square feet for the Storm property at W148 S6473 Brookside Drive in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) Band 6.1 1 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
