PCR2001141RESOLUTION #PC. 141-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE THOMPSON PROPERTY LOCATED AT W213 S7429 ANNE'S WAY (TAX KEY NO. 2286.004) Arthur Thompson to construct a 1,040 square foot accessory structure at the property located at WHEREAS, On September 7, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by W213 S7429 Anne's Way, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RCE. Residential Country Estate District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.1, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1-percent of the land area and said area contains 2.75 acres which would allow 1,200 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and WHEREAS, No outbuilding currently exists on the parcel, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 25 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with cedar lap siding and a shingled roof, and the materials and colors will match the existing residence. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a structure not exceeding 1,040 square feet for the Thompson property at W213 S7429 Anne's Way in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) Band 6.11 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
