PCR2001133RESOLUTION #P.C. 133-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE WHiTTOW PROPERTY LOCATED AT S76 W19804 PROSPECT DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2191.028) WHEREAS. On August 24, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Steven Whittow to Construct a 192 square foot accessory structure at the property located at S76 W19804 Prospect Drive, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-lIOED, Suburban Residence District as modified by the subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l, and Existing Development Overlay, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 60% of the livable first floor area and said area contains 1,590 square feet which would ailow 954 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and WHEREAS, No outbuildings currently exist on the parcel, and WHEREAS, The location of the proposed structure meets the required setback and offsets, the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any ultimate height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with plywood siding and a shingled roof, and will match the existing residence. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a structure not exceeding 480 square feet for the Whittow property at S76 W19804 Prospect Drive in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2). approved site Plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.
