PCR2001132RESOLUTION #P.C. 132-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE HAUSCHILD PROPERTY LOCATED AT S83 W16000 BASS BAY LANE (TAX KEY NO. 2217.994) WHEREAS, On August 24. 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Don Hauschild to construct a 1,500 square foot accessory structure at the properly located at S83 W16000 Bass Bay Lane, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSZIOLS, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Lakeshore Overlay, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.1, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1 % of the total land area and the parcel contains 6.14 acres which would allow 2,675 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and WHEREAS, No outbuilding currently exists on the parcel, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 25 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with vinyl siding and shingled roof, and the materials and colors will be redwood cedar and brown to match the existing residence. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 1,500 square feet for the Hauschild properly at S83 W16000 Bass Bay Lane in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
