PCR2001122RESOLUTION #P.C. 122-2001 APPROVAL OF A MONUMENT SIGN FOR THE KIMBERLY ESTATES SUBDIVISION (Sf30 W20751 TYLER DRIVE I TAX KEY NO. 2229.007) LOCATED IN THE NE %OF SECTION 18 WHEREAS, Plans for a monument sign was submitted by the Kimberly Estates Homeowners Association for the Kimberly Estates Subdivision located in the NE %of Section 18 (S80 W20751 Tyler Drive) on September 6,2002. and WHEREAS, A 50 square foot monument sign with a 9 square foot nameplate is proposed on the Menderfield property to replace the existing subdivision entrance sign, and WHEREAS, The proposed sign will not be illuminated, and be constructed with placard stone, and WHEREAS, Landscaping currently exists around the base of the monument sign, and WHEREAS, Such signage requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit per Section 6.09(9) of the Zoning Code, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 50 square foot monument sign which includes a 9 square foot nameplate as submitted for the Kimberly Estates Subdivision located in the NE %of Section 18 (SBO W20751 Tyler Drive). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
