RESOLUTION #P.C. 119-2001
FOR THE OLSEN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 'A SECTION 36. TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On August 10,2001 A Certified Survey Map for a land division was submitted by
Donald Lenz for the Olsen property located in the SW '/a of Section 36, Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Pian Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map of the Miller property. SE X of Section 12, Town of Vernon, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
