APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT FOR 2223.030) WHEREAS, On August 7. 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by James Zalewski to construct an attached garage addition at the Zalewski property located at W186 S8598 Douglas Drive, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS910PD.
