PCR2001117RESOLUTION #P.C. 11 7-2001 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2010 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MUSKEG0 LAKES PARTNERSHIP LOCATED IN THE NE %AND NW % OF SECTION 25 (TAX KEY NO 2258.996.002,2257.016, AND 2257.017) ' RELATING TO THE RESERVE AT CHAMPIONS VILLAGE FOR VILLAGES AT WHEREAS, On July 5,2001 a preliminary plat was submitted by Jeffrey Barczak for the Reserve at Champions Village Subdivision of a property located in the NE % and NW % of Section 25. and WHEREAS, On July 17, 2001 the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #102- 2001, approving the final plat of The Reserve at Champions Village and recommending RS-3 I OPD zoning, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for medium density residential development with 3.0 to 4.4 dwelling units per net acre, and such land uses and density are substantially lower than the adopted Plan and approved concept plan of the Villages at Muskego Lakes Planned Development District, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves an amendment to the 2010 Comprehensive Plan to depict the property identified by Tax Key No. 2258.996.002 as "Residential - Medium Density (1.6 to 2.9 dwelling units per acre)" and recommends the same to the Common Council. a Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted: August 21,2001 Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: August 21, 2001 ATTEST: Sandi Asti, Recording Secretary &DLc 4 AkL
