FOR THE MILLER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE !A SECTION 12, TOWN OF VERNON
APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WHEREAS, On July 31, 2001 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted
and
by William Henrichs for the Miller property located in the SE %of Section 12. Town of Vernon,
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Miller property. SE !A of Section
12. Town of Vernon, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
