AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS AND
CONSERVATION PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, Under direction of the Common Council the Conservation Committee has prepared
revisions to Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code as deemed necessary to promote conservation
practices, and
WHEREAS, Said document sets standards for developments that are to be submitted to the City
for more complete and accurate Planning Department and Plan Commission review, and
WHEREAS, Said Code changes are prepared under the authority of Section 60.81(7) and 62.23
of Wisconsin State Statutes being deemed necessary to promote the public health, safety, and
welfare of the City of Muskego. and,
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing was held on August 28. 2001, and
WHEREAS, An amendment relating lo COPD density bonuses was endorsed by the
Conservation Committee.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby recommends the e&+kwd
Code changes tas attached hereto and amended by the Conservation Committee,e be used as a
reference source for guiding and reviewing future development for citizens, development
professionals, and Plan Commission members of the City of Muskego.
